Zero Tolerance Policy There is zero tolerance for any disrespect, ill treatment, or abusive behavior toward Renee during any session or mentorship.
Any breach of this policy constitutes a violation of the contract, and Renee reserves the right to terminate the session or contract immediately.
Session Timing & Fees All sessions must adhere to the agreed-upon time frame. Any session that exceeds its scheduled duration will incur additional fees for the extra time.
Discounts & Payments No discounts will be offered on sessions, workshops, or mentorship programs. All payments, including discounted payments, are non-refundable.
Requests for refunds will be declined. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions, workshops, or mentorship programs is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Contract Termination If you wish to terminate your contract, course, workshop, mentorship, or session, you may do so by email. Termination will be acknowledged, but payments already made are non-refundable.
Recorded Workshops Any recorded workshops will be deleted two months after the live gathering.
