Payments, Appointments & Refunds
Payments All payments for pre-agreed appointments, or for discounted packages of sessions, must be received within 24 hours of agreement for the agreed price to remain valid.
This ensures clarity regarding costs and confirms your commitment to attend your scheduled session. Payments can now be made securely via PayPal, credit, or debit card directly through the website.
Refund Policy All healing sessions, activations, courses, and mentorship programs operate on a strict no-refund basis.
Jewellery Purchases Refunds for jewellery (excluding earrings) can be issued within 28 days of purchase, with a valid receipt and reason for return.
Contract Termination If you wish to terminate your contract, you may do so by email at any time.
However, all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of timing. Appointment Changes If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
